As artweco, we act as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") numbered 6698.

Your collected personal data is processed for the purposes of providing platform services, carrying out membership transactions, and fulfilling legal obligations.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
- To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
- To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
