1. General Policy
artweco facilitates sales of physical artworks. Due to the nature of original art, returns are limited.
Return eligibility depends on:
- Condition discrepancy
- Significant misrepresentation
- Shipping damage (documented upon arrival)
2. Condition-Based Claims
Buyers must report visible damage or condition mismatches within a defined window (e.g. 48–72 hours after delivery).
Claims must include:
Photographic documentation
Packaging evidence
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns are generally not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Subjective dissatisfaction
- Minor, disclosed variations
4. Dispute Handling
In the event of a dispute, artweco reviews documentation and contacts both seller and buyer.
Resolution may include partial refund, return approval, or mediated agreement. Final resolution may depend on contractual terms defined at purchase stage.
