These Terms of Service govern the use of the artweco platform. By accessing or using artweco, users agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to artweco.com
• "User" refers to any visitor or registered participant
• "Artist" refers to an approved artwork creator
• "Gallery" refers to an approved institutional seller
• "Curator" refers to an approved exhibition organizer
• "Collector" refers to a purchasing user

3. Eligibility

To use artweco:

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Participants (Artist, Gallery, Curator) must be approved through the application process
• Users must provide accurate information

artweco reserves the right to reject or remove accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on artweco (Images, Text, Exhibition content) remains the intellectual property of the respective owner. artweco is granted a non-exclusive license to display content for platform operation. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Transactions

artweco facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers. The platform:

• Does not take ownership of artworks
• Does not guarantee future value
• Does not provide financial advice

Commission terms are defined in the Pricing section.

7. Limitation of Liability

artweco is not liable for inaccurate information provided by participants, shipping damage beyond defined insurance agreements, or market value fluctuations. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension

artweco may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misrepresentation, violation of terms, or illegal activity.

9. Governing Law

Applicable law will be determined based on the legal entity location of artweco at the time of launch. Jurisdiction will be defined accordingly.
