Shipping responsibility is defined at the listing stage. The responsible party may be:
- The Artist
- The Gallery
- A coordinated third-party provider
The responsible party must confirm packaging standards, insurance coverage, and estimated delivery time.
2. International Shipping
artweco supports international transactions. International sales may involve:
Customs documentation
Import/export declarations
VAT or duties
Buyers are informed of potential additional costs prior to final confirmation.
3. Insurance
Insurance responsibility must be clarified before shipment. Options include seller-provided, buyer-requested, or shared coverage.
artweco does not automatically insure shipments unless explicitly arranged.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Completion of delivery may require signature confirmation, proof of receipt, and condition acknowledgment.
Disputes must be reported within a defined timeframe after delivery.
